| 托福成绩decline 解决过程 |

ETS终于重新release我的T了,下边简单讲讲整个过程。
11.19日,电话送分,用信用卡,6所;
11.23日,通过重打电话发现我的TOEFL unavailable;
11.23-11.26 穷打T的人工电话0016097717100,没人接,(后来有人说是因为thanks giving, 老外放假了),真受不了;犹豫在没有收到通知前要不要给他们寄钱。
11.23日,发EMAIL,询问此事(但有给他们写信的经历,没有15天他们是不会回的,后来证明也是如此);
11.29日,熬过一个周末后,终于在没有他们的通知的情况下,把$114+$20通过汇票用UPS(从上海到ETS,¥222)递过去,并通过网上查询,11.30,10:00 UPS 将汇票递到ETS手中(仅用一天不到的时间,当然他们用了时间差);
11.30日,再次发信询问此事,并告之money order已经送过去;
11.30-12.6日 苦苦等待。。。。
12.6日,终于等到ETS的回信(第一次的),说我的信用卡被decline了,没有说明原因,并要求寄$134, 并且不能再用信用卡,如下: Thank you for contacting the TOEFL Program

Our records indicate that the US$114.00 credit card payment you submitted to the TOEFL program was declined. Your score record is on hold and no additional services will be processed until your account is paid in full.

Payment by credit card cannot be accepted.

12.6-12.12日,继续哭苦等待。。。。
12.12日晚,打送分电话发现我的T分located...(当时就象是拿到了OFFER一样高兴);当晚就把分送出了,用的是招行的信用卡(上次用中行),但是到现在也没有扣钱,不知道咋回事;
12.15日,收到我同时送的GRE&TOEFL的书面通知,说成功送出的GT分(也就是说被decline的T的当次送分是先送分后扣钱);
12.16日,ETS发来EMAIL,说我的分数可以用了,如下: Thank you for contacting the TOEFL Program

Our records indicate that your payment was processed on December 6, 2005, your scores have been released, please allow sufficient mailing time.

终于,噩梦一样的Decline就这样结束了。
总结以下: 1. ETS的TOEFL 是先送分后扣钱; 2. 被decline后需要$20的罚款((根据decline的原因不同,决定要不要$20.); 3. 别等ETS说让你寄钱,自己查出钱来先寄过去; 4. 发EMAIL通常要等10天以上,而不是他们说的2-3 working days; 5. ETS处事方式有些恶心,到现在我也不明白为什么被decline, 为什么decline后付钱不能再用信用卡; 6. 及时的话,从decline到release 大概是20天。
