| GRE写作常用表达札记4 |

1001.Tips for Resume/CV
1) 关于“CURRICULUM VITAE”和“RESUME”，CV比较老式（正规），RESUME是现在流行的说法，一般用RESUME的比较多；
2) 关于姓名的写法，我介绍一般的七种写法：（中文姓名：希萌）
a. Meng XI b. MENG XI c. Meng, Xi d. Meng Xi e. Xi, Meng f. Xi Meng g. XI Meng
这几种写法都可以接受，但简历中标准的，国外流行的是第二种。
3) 地址应该从小到大写，一个完整的通信地址应该是加国名的，邮编的标准写法应该放在省市名和国家名之间，起码要放在China之前。
例如：
XXX
Room 111B, Building 1
Zijing Student Dormitory
Tsinghua University
Beijing, 100084
P. R. China
4) 关于电话号码(例子中号码为虚构号码)：
（1）前面一定要加上地区号，如86-10；
（2）8个号码之间要加一个“-”；
（3）区号后的括号和号码之间一定要空格，这是英文写作的格式；
（4）“user friendly”原则，如果有传真号或其他联系方式，尽量告诉对方；
（5）完整的应该是：（86-10）515O-1111。
5) 关于“教育背景、工作经历、荣誉等”给出的建议：
（1）关于应不应该用“I”的问题，根据此给出几点建议：
a. 个人简历中一般不要用太冗长的句子；
b. 不要用缩写，如果要用，一定要注明；
c. 正规简历应该多用点句，以动词开头，很少有“I”的；
d. 扬长避短原则，不利的因素不要提及。
（2）关于证书的名称一定要根据所发证书上的全称书写，翻译应该以“翻译协会”的标准进行翻译，不可以随便写，各国家的证书不是所有都相互承认的，所以，务必注明种类、类别和考取年份；
（3）在简历中提到了社会活动和技能，后面一定要加上“Reference”。
6) 关于纸张与字体：
（1）规格。至少用80克或100克左右。切记不可以用67、70克的纸，质感很差；
（2）尺寸。A4，即29.7 cm长。21 cm宽；
（3）字体。建议用Times New Roman 或 Palatino;
（4）字号。一般最好用10号，即小五号，学生简历可以用12号字，即小四号；
（5）打印。激光打印，提前打印完，再校对一遍；
（6）间距。上下（天地头）一样，约2－3 cm；左右一样，约1.2－2.5 cm;最左面的bullet point到左页边的距离保持在3.8－5 cm.
7) YRIS 原则：Your resume is scanned, not read. 要求格式一定要规范，很多工作人员首先就看格式，另外，叙述内容不要太多，一般控制在一页左右。

这里的k我们一般不叫失去爆破，关于失去爆破，我想纠正一下，我们现在叫不完全爆破。一般爆破有三个过程：
（1）成阻；（2）持阻；（3）破阻。
不完全爆破具有上述（1）（2），而没有（3）。
这个k就是教为正常的，发音时间要稍微短一些。关于不完全爆破的较为典型的例子是：
At this time, we...中at中的/t/是不完全爆破，我们在发的时候，那个音具有（1）成阻；（2）持阻；但是没有（3），就是有个短暂的停顿在那里。
