我的悲惨经历，申请费交给灾区了。
Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Yxxxxx Guo(xx/xx/xxxx). I have applied to the Computer Science Department.

I have made a mistake to send you the application fee by BOTH credit card method and bank draft method(No xxxxxxxx by the bank of communications) for CS application.

CITIC Industrial Bank told me that the credit card is not for online payment purpose and cannot pay to you after I sent out the application package. So I prepared the bank draft. Now I am in trouble of sending you the application fee twice.

So, please help me to do the following:
For CS application: Fee paid by credit card, please take out the money held in bank draft No xxxxxxxx and send it to the Tsunami victims in Thailand by sending it to an Canadian organization which takes care of this matter.
I give you full authority to send the money to the Tsunami victims in Thailand. Pls call me if you have any question.
