1. U of Utah is very good. Its computer science, chemistry, and medicine are very good, ranks among 30. And the location is in Salt lake city, good for skiing. And I think it is kind of rich in funding.

2. U of State Utah: this university's location is very bad, in a remote place, not many grocery stores and less population. But their education major is awesome, ranks 3 in some sub area in education and instruction design major. In addition, their funding is very limited and some department will cut off the scholarship when international students go back for vacation. But their courses are kind of easy to take and easy to get an A.

3. If you dont' have too much budget for studying abroad, and you want to choose Utah, then Brigham Young University is a good choice. The tuition is cheap and its rank is 74 according to 2005 USNews. Actually, its accounting and finance major are excellent given what you pay for the tuition. But you have to sacrifice your religious freedom. It is a mormon area. You can not drink tea, coffee, beer; wear any tops or shorts on campus. It is dumn. Anyway, you gotta choose.

Anyway, Utah is mostly sunny and has big snows in winter. But it is not a good place to find a job and it is the second or third poorest state in US. Additionally, it is not like other places in the US. It is full of Mormon church. People are generally nicer than others from other states. But it is not the real American facets.
